John M. Stevelinck, Jr. earned his bachelor’s degree in cognitive science from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. While at Wake Forest he was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and a teaching assistant for the first-year legal analysis, writing, and research course.
During his time at the University of Michigan, Mr. Stevelinck spent several years working with a local entrepreneur and developed a passion for helping business owners work through a wide range of business and legal issues. Since his admission to the bar, he has fulfilled that passion by practicing as a member of the Hooper Hathaway’s corporate and transactional practice.
As a Michigan native, Mr. Stevelinck appreciates the opportunity to work with businesses and individuals that serve his community. Outside of the office, he enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and watching movies, Detroit sports, and Formula One.
