Oscar A. Rodriguez was hired as an associate in Hooper Hathaway’s litigation practice group after working as one of its law clerks for almost three years. Mr. Rodriguez focuses on employment disputes and complex commercial matters. He also provides governmental compliance and general employment law advice to the firm’s corporate clients. In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Rodriguez handles the firm’s representation of individuals and businesses in every aspect of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law, including employer I-9 compliance, family and business visas, asylum and removal/deportation proceedings, foreign adoptions and the citizenship process.
