James A. Evashevski has practiced law at Hooper, Hathaway since 1981. He graduated from the University of Iowa Law School in 1969. Prior to that he attended and graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in liberal arts. He worked as a staff attorney with Legal Services in Saginaw, Michigan in 1969 and 1970. Since then he and his family have lived in Ann Arbor. Mr. Evashevski specializes in domestic relations law as well as maintaining a criminal law practice and is the firm's specialist in both areas. His domestic relations practice encompasses both litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
