After graduating from the University of Michigan in 1968, Mr. Spaly worked as a licensed real estate broker for ten years. He then returned to school and, after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School in 1981, he joined Hooper Hathaway.
Mr. Spaly practices in all areas of real estate law. He has advised clients involved in buying, selling, leasing, financing, and developing residential and commercial real estate, including condominium projects, office buildings and shopping centers. Mr. Spaly is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
