Alan E. Price advises our firm's clients concerning gift and estate taxes, estate planning, wills, trusts, and charitable planned-giving arrangements. He graduated from the University of Michigan, B.A. in Economics, and the Michigan Law School, J.D., with distinction, and as a member of the Order of the Coif and the Barristers Society, and as an editor of the Michigan Law Review.
Mr. Price has been a board member or professional advisor to area non-profit and public service organizations, including Washtenaw United Way, United Way of Michigan, Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation, Ann Arbor District Library, Historical Society of Michigan, Child and Family Services, Glacier Hills, Inc., Senior Citizens' Guild, and the University of Michigan Turner Clinic. Mr. Price is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
