Since graduating from the University of Notre Dame law school in 1990, Anthony Patti has been a trial lawyer in the areas of commercial, tort and personal injury litigation, as well as appellate work. About 10% of his practice is devoted to non-litigation work in the area of trademark registration. He has litigated cases throughout the State of Michigan, and in nine other states, as well as the District of Columbia. He has tried numerous cases to verdict on diverse matters, and recently obtained an $11,900,000.00 verdict for a client in a legal malpractice case, along with his partner Angela Jackson. Mr. Patti teaches both law and political science as an adjunct professor at Ave Maria School of Law and at Eastern Michigan University. He is admitted to all courts in the State of Michigan, as well as the Federal District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the District Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court.
