Mark R. Daane is a litigator with 27 years experience. His primary focus is Plaintiff personal injury litigation, having obtained jury verdicts for his clients in lawsuits involving auto accidents, admiralty, premises liability, medical malpractice, defective highways and defective products. He has tried cases to conclusion in five different states and been involved in litigation in virtually every state in the United States. In addition to representing individuals, Mr. Daane handles commercial leasing cases and construction disputes.
